Made-to-Order Production
At our brand, every piece is produced on demand — we do not keep stock. Each item is carefully made especially for you, once your order is placed. This approach allows us to operate more sustainably, avoiding overproduction and minimizing waste in an industry known for its environmental impact.
Given the nature of our made-to-order process, standard shipping times range from 6 to 17 business days from the date your order is confirmed. This timeline applies from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (excluding holidays), and may vary depending on the logistics provider and the delivery location provided at checkout.
Delivery Information
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. As our pieces are made to order, this email will also serve as an initial estimate of when your item is expected to arrive.We appreciate your patience and understanding — each piece is made with care, and we promise it’s worth the wait.

We ship worldwide from Portugal. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or external couriers.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Returns
If your item isn’t quite what you expected, we’re happy to offer a return, exchange, or store credit.
To request a return or exchange, please email design.magmar@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide the necessary steps to complete the process.
Important: Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Any items returned after the 14-day window will be sent back to the original address.You may also return any item found to be faulty or damaged, as long as it’s reported within the return timeframe.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
A. The product must be in unused condition. Returns showing clear signs of wear, alterations, washing, or improper use will not be accepted.
B. Please be mindful when trying on garments — returns with marks from makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, lotion, perfume, or any visible stains cannot be processed.
C. All original tags must be attached, and the item should be in the same condition as received.
D. All original packaging and accessories (if any) must be returned together with the item.
We kindly ask you to keep the original brand box in good condition — avoid writing on it, taping over it, or causing any tears. When intact, the same box may be reused for your return.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and confirm its condition. If approved, we will issue a refund within 14 days, excluding shipping charges. You’ll be notified by email throughout the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, as they cover the original delivery of your order.
